Salman Khan, who celebrated his 56th birthday on 27 December, started his acting career about 35 years ago.  He made his debut in 1988 in a supporting role in the film 'Biwi Ho To Aisi' and a year later in the film 'Maine Pyaar Kiya' as the lead hero.  After this blockbuster film, Salman did not look back.
